Hey Foodies welcome back, I can't believe the weekend is nearly here; well I'm quite excited as its my birthday on 22nd August whoop whoop; I'm ageing gracefully and getting younger by the day. Leo's rock :-)

Now have you ever wondered why your skin is not as glowy as you'll like it, perhaps you are not eating right. Now eat yourself beautiful with the below foods for glowing spot-free skin.. Thank me later..:-)

-Almond Milk- Dairy is an inflammatory and when you consume too much, it can aggravate skin redness and acne so next time unsweetened almond milk which is packed with loads of vitamin E which is not only great for your skin, it also helps keep your hair and nails conditioned.

-Dark Chocolate- Has lots and lots of antioxidants, good-quality dark chocolate contains less sugar and fat than your average chocolate bar.

-Salmon- As we all know, Omega-3 fatty acids can do wonders for your skin but oily fish like salmon, mackerel and sardines are among the top sources. They help fight skin inflammation and also help preserve collagen in your skin to keep you wrinkle-free and baby-soft.
*please note that you should limit these fish whilst pregnant*
